ANBONN dead set

help me guys, im just a beginner in troubleshooting. I had been training in electronics since last month. I have this monitor ANBONN 15" computer monitor.

My friend deliverd it to me and its a dead set guys. I have no schematic diagram for this one.  Any suggestions guys regarding this monitor its a dead set.

I already check the fuse, filter capacitor, ac line cord , rectifiers its ok, and I already check the HOT transistor. Any suggestions in troubleshooting a dead set.
